One Team, Complete Solution

From finding the damp to fixing it for good

Advanced Damp Check isn't only thermal scanning. We handle the whole problem — detect it, treat the dampness, waterproof the source and re-grout the surface.

Step 01

Leak Detection

Thermal scanner technology pinpoints the exact leak & moisture source — without breaking a single wall.

Step 02

Dampness Treatment

We diagnose rising damp, seepage and moisture, and set out exactly how to dry the wall out for good.

Step 03

Waterproofing

Terraces, bathrooms, walls and basements — the right waterproofing treatment for the actual cause.

Step 04

Tile Grouting

Professional re-grouting seals failed joints so water can't get back through the floor or wall.

What We Do

Every kind of hidden damp & leak

If water is getting somewhere it shouldn't, we can find it — in walls, ceilings, floors, bathrooms and terraces.

Thermal Leak Detection

Our core service. A thermal imaging camera reveals the temperature difference that hidden water creates, so we can pinpoint the source behind walls, floors and ceilings.

Dampness & Moisture Inspection

Peeling paint, salt deposits, a musty smell? We map how far the moisture has spread and identify whether it's rising damp, seepage or a plumbing leak.

Ceiling Leak Detection

Stains spreading across your ceiling usually mean a leak from the flat above or the terrace. We trace it before it brings the plaster down.

Wall Leak Detection

Concealed pipes inside walls fail silently for months. We locate the exact line and the exact spot — no trial-and-error chipping.

Floor & Slab Leak Detection

Leaks under tiles and inside slabs are the most expensive to guess at. We narrow it down so only the affected area needs opening.

Bathroom Leakage Inspection

The most common source of damp in Indian homes. We check the shower area, waste lines and waterproofing layer for failures.

Waterproofing Consultation

Once we know the cause, we advise what treatment the surface actually needs — terraces, bathrooms, basements and external walls.

Tile Grouting Services

Failed grout lets water straight through the floor. Professional re-grouting seals the surface and stops the seepage recurring.

The Science

Why a camera can see water through a wall

It isn't x-ray and it isn't guesswork. Thermal imaging reads heat — and water changes how a wall handles heat in a way you can measure.

01

Water gets into the masonry

A cracked concealed pipe, a failed waterproofing layer or terrace seepage lets water soak into the brick and plaster behind your paint — often for months before a stain appears.

02

Evaporation makes that patch colder

Moisture constantly evaporates from the wall surface, and evaporation removes heat. Wet masonry also stores and conducts heat differently from dry masonry. The damp area ends up measurably cooler than the wall around it.

03

The camera reads that temperature difference

A thermal imager doesn't see water — it sees infrared heat radiating from every surface. A difference of even a degree or two shows up as a clearly shaped cold patch, and the shape tells us where the water is coming from.

The shape is the clue. A leaking pipe shows a narrow plume tracking down the line. Terrace seepage spreads in a broad even patch from the top. Rising damp forms a level band near the floor. Reading that pattern is what turns a picture into a diagnosis — and it's why the inspection matters more than the camera.

Four steps, usually finished inside a single visit.

01

Book the inspection

Call or WhatsApp us. Tell us where you're seeing the damp and we'll fix a slot.

02

Site visit & survey

Our engineer inspects the affected area, the plumbing layout and the symptoms.

03

Thermal scan

We scan the walls, ceiling and floor and capture thermal images of what's found.

04

Report & solution

You get the exact leak location, the thermal images and guidance on the repair.

Why Us

Why people call Advanced Damp Check

Nothing gets broken

No chipping tiles or plaster on a hunch. The wall stays exactly as it is.

You get an exact spot

We mark the leak location instead of handing you a vague area.

You repair once

Fixing the real cause costs far less than repainting the same wall every monsoon.

A report you can act on

Thermal images and findings in writing — useful for your mason, builder or society.

A healthier home

Damp walls grow mould that triggers allergies and asthma. Drying them out matters.

Quick turnaround

Most inspections are done in under two hours, with the report within 48 hours.

Backed by a warranty

Our waterproofing & grouting work carries a service warranty.* *T&C apply.

Questions

Things people ask before booking

Do you really not break the wall?
Correct — the inspection itself is completely non-destructive. We scan surfaces from the outside with a thermal camera and moisture meter. Nothing is chipped, drilled or removed. Opening the wall only happens later, during the actual repair, and by then you know exactly where to open.
Can thermal imaging see through walls?
Not literally — no camera sees through solid masonry. What it reads is the surface temperature of the wall. Because damp areas are cooler than dry ones, hidden moisture leaves a clear temperature signature on the surface, and the shape of that signature tells us where the water is coming from.
How long does an inspection take?
A typical flat or independent house takes under two hours. Larger properties or multiple affected areas can take longer. You'll usually have the written report within 48 hours.
Do you also do the repair work?
Our main service is detection and diagnosis, plus waterproofing consultation and tile grouting. For the structural repair itself we tell you exactly what needs doing so your own mason or contractor can carry it out correctly — or we can guide the work.
What does an inspection cost?
It depends on the property size and how many areas need scanning. Call or WhatsApp us on 96665 89943 with a short description of the problem and we'll give you a clear quote before we visit.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Kukatpally and cover Hyderabad and Secunderabad. For locations further out, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can reach you.
